Welcome to Bona Beauty Co.

I introduced Bona Beauty Co. a few months ago and was so excited to get everything going... and then life happened. I'll do updates as far as that all goes soon, but I want to FINALLY get Bona Beauty up and running!

What on earth does "bona" even mean?

I spent HOURS brainstorming names for my new adventure. I studied Latin in college, so I dove right in to see if I could find a good fit for what I was trying to envision. "Bona" is a Latin word that essentially means all things "good." It has many nuances, including honest, authentic, genuine, brave, healthy, etc. Basically everything I am striving to be. I want to create a community that values being "bona."

I want to empower everyone to feel their absolute best in their own skin, in their own way. I believe that includes a healthy dose of self-love and confidence. I'm on the pathway of cultivating and creating a life that I LOVE... not a life that I feel I need to escape. I want to discover, learn, and share more about beauty, wellness, and all things "bona." So let's do it all together! There is more fun, love, and encouragement in a community than striking out on this exploration alone!
